  • Do we have to sort the cartridges before sending them in?
    Ans: NO. We will do that for you when the cartridges arrive and send you an itemized list of exactly what cartridges you sent. We do ask that you remove the cartridges form their original boxes and packaging.

  • Are there any up front or hidden costs to participate in the program?
    Ans: Absolutely not! We do ask that you and your organization be committed and willing to put forth the effort needed to implement the program before requesting any collection stands.

  • How many collection stands can we get?
    Ans: It depends. Our philosophy is quality over quantity. In other words rather than plastering stands everywhere in your community, we prefer that you place them in a few strategic high traffic locations and concentrate on getting the word out within you community.

  • How many cartridges do your return shipping boxes hold?
    Ans: 50-100 depending on type.

  • How long should it take for a tray to fill up?
    Ans: It depends on the location and how successful you are at spreading the word throughout your community.

  • Do you accept Toner/Laser cartridges with this program?
    Ans: No. If you have Toner/Laser cartridges you would like to recycle then call Toll Free 866 476-7024 for more information.
